Fashion Path is shaped by over 15 years of real industry experience — beginning with a degree in design and developing across suppliers and major retailers, covering manufacturing, sourcing, and retail operations across international markets.

That journey gave me a clear cross-functional perspective, working closely with design, technical, and commercial teams across multiple product categories. I later moved into an in-house recruitment role at a large national retailer, where I was solely responsible for hiring across design and technical disciplines — from Assistant through to Director level.

After more than 15 years working across the fashion industry, and most recently spending three years in recruitment for one of the UK's largest retailers, I've seen the industry from every angle. I've worked with creative individuals trying to break in, professionals navigating career pivots, and hiring managers searching for talent that's both creative and commercially aware.

What's always stood out to me is the gap between creative education and professional reality. Fashion Path was created to bridge that gap.
